You are eligible to join the O.C. 500 Club as a Booster if you meet the
following criterion:
* You are in current and good standing with USBC.
If you meet the above criteria:
* Print this webpage and fill it out,
* With a copy of your USBC Card and appropriate fees shown below,
* Present the above items to Secretary/Treasurer Phyllis Dodge
before a Club tournament (see Tournament
Schedule).
* You can also mail the items (fees in check or money order payable
to O.C. 500 Club) to:

*NOTE: All
Boosters have an option to independently purchase their own gray
polo or gray collared button-down shirt to wear during the O.C. 500
Club tournaments. The O.C. 500 Club will provide shirt
embroidery of your name and the Club logo for a small fee.
