Thanks to everyone who brought out new people to our Friendship Tournament. We always enjoy making new friends!

We have received an invitation to join the South Bay 500 Club for their Annual Friendship Tournament on Sunday, February 10th, at Palos Verdes Bowl in Torrance. If you would like to bowl, please call me at (714) 554-6908 and I’ll be happy to send you an entry form. Or you can email me at PhyllisDodge@aol.com .

Don’t forget to turn in your high and low scores. These scores must be bowled in a USBC Certified event (league or tournament). Just send me a copy of your recap – 902 Evonda Santa Ana, CA 92703. Submit your scratch scores and we’ll take it from there. Awards are presented at the November Open Meeting.

I have included the Membership Renewal Forms. Please take the time to fill them out and send in with your $10 fee.

We were sorry to hear that Sam Peterson passed away. Sam was on the OCWBA Board and our own 500 Club Board for many years. Please keep Jean Farr of Tustin Lanes in your thoughts and prayers – she has been in the hospital after a mild stroke.
