For those of you who didn’t attend the Turkey Shoot, you missed a
great tournament. We were pleased to see the many of you who did
join us! Needless to say we also missed most of you at the Open
Meeting. We will be introducing the new Board on December 13th.
Our Christmas Tournament is also an Invitational Tournament so we
need everyone to help out and bring finger food to share. We also
have the gift exchange this year so see what you can come up with
for fun or serious. In any event come on out and have a very merry
time!

I would like to thank everyone for their prayers, flowers and get
well wishes. I am a little better but not ready to whip the world
yet. I will try to be at the Christmas Tournament. I hope you all

GIFT EXCHANGE
If you would like to participate, simply bring a
wrapped gift (minimum $10) for someone of same gender: ladies, bring
a gift for another woman; men, bring a gift for another man. When
you check in you will be directed where to take you gift and you
will trade it in for a raffle ticket. When you get your first strike
(No-Tap or regular) you will take your ticket and trade it for the
gift of your choice. Come on out and join the fun!

Thank you to everyone who came out for the Open Meeting and
elections. There weren’t many of you in attendance, but we
appreciate those of you who did make the time. The Turkey Shoot was
fun as usual, though some of you had a hard time getting your
average. Congratulations to all the winners of bowling and the
“Turkey” prizes. A special thanks to Ann Brunning for helping me
enter the scores and making it possible to pay out the tournament
winnings and side-pots that day. In my haste I did make one error in
winners for the Boosters but we are making that right and sending a
$25 check to Tom Lou. Hope to see you all at Yorba Linda on the
13th! If you need a partner, give me a call.

USBC TOURNAMENT IN THE OC!

LAST Chance to signup and be a part…
We would like to enter several teams and be part of the opening
ceremonies at Yorba Linda Bowl on Saturday, May 30th at 12:30 pm. If
you are interested in being part of our group please call Rosie at
(951) 231-4709. We are trying for Singles and Doubles on June 20th
at 12:30pm.
Total cost for Singles - Doubles - Team Event - and All Events is
$100. Please make checks payable to Rosie McKeithen. If you only
have yourself or part of a team don’t let that hold you back. We
have several individual bowlers from my Tuesday nite league that
would like to join with us and participate. We can match you up!

This is our only really big fundraiser and we truly
need your help. Sell them at work or at your bowling league. We need
all the help we can get. If you need more tickets call Cindy at
